Yes, while your Updates & Support is active.
The software notifies you when a new version is available to download. Download and install it, and your licence carries over.
Yes. Your licence carries over, and your projects open as normal. Your renewal date remains the same.
ELEK AI features are an optional subscription, separate from Updates & Support. Explore ELEK AI features.
Normally, we invoice you at the same time as your Updates & Support payment, but that’s optional.
Power Bundle (Professional or Teams+) packages do include one year of ELEK AI.

Licences & Activation
Install on any number of computers; activate on two at a time for two users.
On selected products, a Teams+ licence is also available, with a choice of four or more users.
Note – Lease licences allow only one activation at a time.
Deactivate on one machine (via the Help menu or the Customer Licence Portal), then activate on another. Unlimited while active.
Only to activate. It runs offline after that.
Yes, as long as your Updates & Support is up to date.
Pricing & Renewal
No. We invoice you, and process the renewal once you pay.
Yes. You can pre-purchase up to 5 years at today’s price, protecting against future price rises.
If You Don't Renew
Our perpetual licences mean the software will keep running on its currently activated computer, but you lose updates, support, and the ability to activate, transfer, reinstall or recover the licence.
If you have a network licence (Professional Teams+), the software requires an active Updates & Support subscription to operate.
Renewal is back-dated to your last expiry date, then you’re current again.
